Processing & Production Time
All of our journals are handcrafted and made to order.
Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your order is shipped. This timeframe includes crafting, finishing, and engraving (if selected).
Production times are estimates and may vary slightly during high-volume periods.
Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated shipping times:

Shipping times are separate from production time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 2–3 weeks for production prior to shipment. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours after shipment to appear.
International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages caused by the carrier.
If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
