At Gentle Bloom, each journal is carefully handcrafted and customized specifically for you. Because of this, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any journals, including (but not limited to) customized, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order items.

Please review all product details, sizing options, and customization selections carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production has started. Due to the custom nature of our products, cancellations are not guaranteed after an order is placed.
